I love the month of February. It is not only my birthday month, but also the month to celebrate love ♥︎

One of our family traditions is to give each other handwritten cards. We have a rule, that each card should say at least one nice thing we love about the other person. My hubby then makes us a heart shaped pancakes or a heart shaped French toast for breakfast. We end the day with a sushi dinner and a nice bottle of wine or champagne and lots of snuggles 🍾 🍣 ❤️

This is just my personal opinion and I understand every family is different, but I expect my kids to send a handwritten card for their birthday or Christmas gifts. I think the fact that someone took their time to go get them a gift or send them a card deserves a thank you (or at least a phone call). They used to watch me write all the cards, but now they know exactly what to do. To make their cards more personal, they add pictures or stickers too. 💌

These Green Inspired cards from Target are my go to 🎯 I love their designs and at $3.99 for a set of ten cards, I found them to be a great deal!✍︎︎♡︎
